Without knowing the 'facts' of the case, I have to assume that the actions of a tiny pr firm would not have the impact on the public that the expense of this investigation, prosecution and settlement merit. Because: 1. It falls under 'caveat emptor'. 2. These are 'optional entertainment products' and we are in a recession with serious issues that need government attention. 3. Everyday Google does much much worse to distort online markets of every kind.
