(I don't know how they can do this, as sharing commissions with an unlicensed person is illegal in Oregon.) They claim to have checked it out. At any rate, that 2.5% is supposed to get the client some representation. Of course, these people never meet with the client, don't know the market and whether the person is getting a good deal or not. They do NOT represent the client in any way that would benefit anyone by themselves, as they never even meet the person! How can this be good for the consumer? </body> </HTML>
