My experience shows this business to be as competitive as any other. We are not allowed to discuss our fees with other brokers and there are as many different fees charged as there are brokers. As far as the mls information is concerned. This is intended to allow a Real Estate broker to gain information on another brokers lisitng for the purpose of showing that listing and co-operating with that broker. It is not intended for public use. I think every mls in the country allows the public to view the listings on a limited bases. "If it isn't broken, don't fix it!" There really is nothing to change. </body> </HTML>
