Unfortunately, the complaint illustrates a trend in the industry that is becoming more and more prevalent. Any one found guilty of publishing such false and misleading advertisments such as those in the attached complaint should not be allowed to do so with impunity. It is a matter of serious concern that the NAR only infomred me of this workshop on October 19, 2005, which is only six days before the workshop. </body> </HTML>
