I have been working Real Estate for a while now and am still starving to get on my way with this new career. The problem is the outrageous number of Realtors and the ease of the state requirements. I am pretty sure that there are over 300,000 Realtors just in Florida. It's hard enough to compete with about 30,000 local Realtors and now your trying to hassle us with complicating our marketing software. The MLS is what keeps buyers, sellers, brokers and Realtors participating in the market because there is no difficulty involved. I think you should be concentrating on the "Discount Brokers" and those who sell MLS printouts to anyone, all they have been doing is misleading and providing disservices to the consumer. They have been giving all realtors a bad name because at least 70% of consumers think all realtors are the same. If that's the case we should all have to provide the same full services as any traditional Broker that has been around for 50, 60, 70, and 80 years! </body> </HTML>
