I find it offensive that a person with a real estate broker's license can open a cyber office, join a Board of Realtors and solicit listings from unsuspecting sellers that do not have a clue that this is last contact that they will have with this so called listing agent. Also, most real estate professionals will tell you lenders are our worst nightmare. They choose not to understand that contract dates are not just dates but people's lives. To allow lenders to become involved in the selling of real estate would be a disaster for the consumer. </body> </HTML>
