Submission Text
The agreement reached between the FTC and Phusion Projects seem fair and equitable to all involved. Clearly, the two entities worked closely in developing an agreement which calls for Phusion to develop a resealable can and offer additional equivalency labeling on its Four Loko product. Some of the calls for additional actions against Phusion are ridiculous and should be ignored. They have done their part as has the FTC. Some of the comments on here seem straight out of the prohibitionist era, and are very anti-business. What the FTC and Phusion ironed out is solid proof of what government and businesses can do in a productive way, as opposed to overregulation.
