I believe the settlement is only fair because, 750 mm bottles of wine are sold on the market in resealable containers. Four Loko comes in a 696 mm can and if it becomes a resealable can I believe it should be treated the same as bottled wine and neutral grain spirits. It should also be displayed in the same section as wine and neutral grain spirits at retailers or sold strictly at liquor stores so it isn't marketed towards the underage crowd. What these Attorney Generals are asking isn't only unfair it goes too far, hard liquor is far more dangerous than Four loko.
