If you have plans to enter a consent agreement which is the same as endorsing the product, why don't you enter a consent agreement with Mexico to import marijuana" Marijuana is safer and if it were taxed, regulated, and legalized for ages 21+ the amount of criminal justice system money that would be saved, state by state, and federally would be around right at $150 billion, the tax revenue would be about $400 billion, and the ultimate addition to the GDP within 3 years would be right at $900 billion per year, including revenue from bi-products and the added Big Pharma use of some of the 400 natural organic compounds found in cannabis sativa, the use of hemp oil as diesel fuel, and the fiber in substitute for some of the synthetic fibers. That is better than mopping up the blood and guts of drunk drivers and adjudicating alcohol related violence that will ensue. The NIH shows that 80% of all of the alcohol consumed in the U.S. is being consumed by heavy drinkers and underage drinkers and the "alcopops" are a big part of that 80%. The alcohol cost to society can be cut by at least 50% by the legalization, regulation and taxation of marijuana. The jobs creation benefits alone are a big asset to our sagging economy. Use good judgment or let the agency look the fool. The choice is obvious. Also, any "money under the table" is currently being monitored according to some inside resources from MADD. A number of these "deals" apparently have already been identified and documented so the "hammer" is about to drop. Just for your information, the same is being conducted regarding the continued attempt to keep marijuana a class I drug and not permit national legalization. The "hammer" there is about to drop and there are a lot of names on that list that will surprise you. Then again, maybe not. Time will tell.
