Submission Text
I am concerned about the unintended consequences of this label, in that it is expected to increase the likelihood of consuming one can of Four Loko in a single sitting, especially for underage minors. Most of the alcohol consumed by underage minors is in the form of binge drinks, defined as 5 or more drinks in a row. Underage drinkers are not casually sipping drinks; they are drinking to get drunk. Thanks to this agreement, the FTC and Phusion Products will be implicitly educating and encouraging young people what product to binge drink. This decision will have devastating public health consequences.
