Wal-Mart in our fair city usually makes more each DAY than the two largest veterinary clinics combined make in a YEAR, and they want to burden these small businesses with new federal regulations in order to help THEM compete with US?!? What is this country coming to that our government would even consider such a regulation or law. UNBELIEVABLE!
