My clients already enjoy the ability to fill prescriptions any where they choose. Proposed rules are unnecessary. I do find many human pharmacies do not understand the prescriptions they are being asked to fill. Many times the appropriate size of medication is unavailable. The major cost to consumers is from the rising prices from the pharmaceutical industry. I have found many medications double and quadruple in cost. In addition the recent rash of closures and indefinite back orders are creating serious problems.
