Pet Medications Workshop, Project No. P12-1201
I strongly oppose a requirement for a written prescription every time I prescribe a medication for many reasons:
1. Tediously excessive paperwork. It would add significant extra time in my busy work day.
2. Redundant law, as currently there is already the requirement to offer a written prescription whenever requested.
3. Makes no sense as a business owner. What other profession requires a business owner to explain why a product is needed only to encourage the patron to do business with another competitor who does nothing to back or service the product, including fielding calls from clients that have questions and complications from products.
