One of our dogs is currently on a perscription medication called Budesonide. This is a human-grade mediacation, usually dispensed to humans to treat Chrons disease. Since my dog is, well a dog, we are paying more for a medication that is a human medication. We currently get her medication from a mail-order pet pharmacy at the cost of about $2 a day. Human cost of the same dosage is about .50 cents a day. There is a problem here.
