There are many legal uses of p2p networks. It allows legal documents to be transferred cheaply accross the internet. This technology allows small organizations without a strong financial backing to effectively distribute information without costing them a great deal. If p2p networks are banned the creativity and the exchanges of information on the internet will greatly decrease. Other countries that allow p2p will reap its benefits and surpass us in computer technology as a result. For the sake of America's economy, do not ban p2p. Computers themselves can be used for malicious intent, but we do not ban them for they have an equal or greater capacity for productivity, the same is true for p2p.
