public comment on federal register of 6/13/06 vol 71 #113 pg 34045 ftc l6 cfr part 28 nursery industry profiteering l. no invasive plants should be sold by any nursery in the u.s. 2. nursery profiteers routinely completely ignore all ftc rules/regulations and steal from the "wild". the wild usually means national taxpayer owned land, which is violatedconstantly. ftc does absolutel nothing about these violations and stealing, just letting enforcement go by the board, kind of like the situation on the u.s. border with mexico where hordes come through. 3. this continuous stealing is a serious affront to our children's interests, which are being allowed to be stolen. I suggest a fine of $85,000.00 for anyone caught stealing anything from any nationally owned taxpayer area for a first offense. i suggest $500,000.00 for a second offense and two years in jail. i suggest seizure of all assets of the party for a third offense. i think i am serious about this stealing. ouir children deserve no less. no nursery should be allowed to sell any plant that is from "wild" state anymore. nothing is wild. somebody owns everything in the united states. b. sachau
