I explicitly request confidential treatment the following information. I request all portions of the comment to be withheld from the public record. When I requested the "free trial offer" I was billed $84 and change. This charge was added to the shipping and handling fee on my credit card. I notified my credit card company (USAA) and the charge was removed. The following month the charge reappeared on my Chase account. Chase removed the charge (stating this has happened before to other card holders. They issued me a new card with a new number. Had the credit card companies been so gracious I would have been out almost $170.00 This happened several months ago and I have noticed that same bogus advertisements continue to run with the same claims and offer.
