We've been ripped off by these so called "free" trials. Such underhanded practices should be stopped. Reagan may have said, "Government isn't the solution; government is the problem" but this is only true when the government is in cahoots with the companies that seek to rip us off. If one thinks government is the problem, then perhaps that person should not be part of the government. Government should be protecting the public from predatory and deceitful business practices. Whatever the FTC needs to do to protect consumers, that's what they should do.
