<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>This should be illegal. "Free trial" offers or "negative option" plans are misleading in that it is not a "free trial". This manner of advertising is used for the sole purpose of misleading or "fooling" the consumer into giving the company access to an amount of money from the victims bank account. Is there any research that shows the number of consumers that do want to purchase the product/service? It is a scam. At the very least the company should notify the consumer when the trial is over.
