Submission Text
We are consumer lawyers but we are reluctant to get involved in cases like this because of pre-dispute arbitration agreements. The CFPB should ban the practice of requiring pre-dispute in consumer transactions. Also the FTC should address the collusion between auto dealers with regard to requiring all customers to sign such agreements as a mandatory condition of their purchase.
