7 months ago I went into smart choice to finance A car I put 1200 hundred down for a grand am three days later the bank changed there mind so I asked mike if I could have my down payment back he said no. If you haven't had the car more than thirty day's you can get your money back isn't that the law. He gave me a 2000 honda accord that had 140,000 miles on it so I had to do by here pay here I told mike that I did not want the car and to give me money back I feel that I was treated unfair it was not the car I wanted and felt that I should of got my down payment back so I can go some where else and get a good running car where I did not have to soak a lot of money into. The car was not fully inspected. The oil was not changed either were the brakes cause a few hrs later the back breaks went out. I heard a lot of ticking noise in the engine. The people who had it before did not take care of the car. I kept on having to change the oil cause it was dried up black oil in the car. The transmission kept on slipping which the car was not shifting right. Its the law where dealerships have to check everything before they sell it to the customer. I dont have the car no more because I stopped paying on it because I could not afford fixing the car and paying my payments. The car was making a loud ticking noise all the time so that means the transmission was going when i pulled off the lot. There was a lot of things wrong with the car after I pulled off the lot had a mechanic look at it he said i got a car where I was going to put a lot of money into which I did. I want all my money back because It was not the car I wanted and I got stuck with a piece of crap that where you have to put money into. Im not only writing this for me but everybody else that they screwed with crappy cars. When smart choice repossession the car they did not give me a paper to sign he just sent the repossession paper in the mail which I got two days later. It is just not fair that I did not get the car I wanted and he stuck me with a lemon.
