I recently bought a used car from a used car dealership the dealer sold it to me at 10,000 the car was worth 5,500 in excellent conditions. The dealer did not tell me the car had over 4,000 dollars of hidden defects such as an engine that burned oil. I would like to tell you that it was difficult for me to get justice and after I was not able to secure the entire amount owed to me because the dealer hid behind a law that says I purchaser buys the car "as is." In other words if a dealer sells a car with a bad engine or a bad transmission or anything else If the person finds out afterwards they cannot do anything because some dealers hide behind document that says a person agrees to buy a car "as is" this is unfair practice by most used car dealerships.
