I have been in the clothing business for more than thirty years and can say this: there are as many types of rayon fabrics as there are plants that grow them. Rayon fiber from bamboo is a world away from rayon fiber from other sources. I support the companies that use bamboo because it is a sustainable resource, the antimicrobial promises are true, and the fabric is heavenly; not so with rayons made from trees.
