I have purchased merchandise from Bamboosa and have been completely satisfied with the items. I do not understand "deceptive advertising" since it is probable that fabric is almost always a combination of fibers. For instance, I purchased towels from a Bergner's department store that was promoted as bamboo. When I checked the label, I discovered that they were substantially cotton and only a small percentage bamboo. I didn't feel cheated. Customer service from Bamboosa and well as the products I have purchased were satisfactory. As a small business in a depressed industry, I was happy to make the purchases both for my personal use and as gifts.
