Attached is a Cover Letter and 23 pages of comments on the FTC proposal for Mortgage Assistance Relief Services Rulemaking, Rule No. R911003. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I would appreciate further opportunity to discuss or to participate in any forum, as this is a vital topic for distressed homeowners. Improper handling of this matter could cause significant further harm to those homeowners and our economy. Of course, the FTC's intent is to assist and protect those homeowners.
