Comments:
Oil producers in the United States are benefiting from the production quotas set by cartels outside of the U.S. Prices are manipulated as the cartels see fit. This is illegal in the U.S. With this in consideration U.S. produced oil prices should be held at a reasonable return on the cost of production.
