Comments:

The comment I have is that we need a lot more independence in the ability to process or refine in our own United States. If we have to find less expensive refinement and distribution capabilities within our own boundaries then we can be in more control. Understanding that enviornmental concerns can road block all progress I think the commission should look at ways to open the door and not let interest groups totally stop the progress. Two other sources of energy that really need development and funding are the coal resources we have available and nuclear power that has become very enviornmentally safe. Wind turbines have been very successful but more areas and people should have incentives to get started using this energy source.
