<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>I believe the price of fuel is where it is because of greed. I believe the FTC and the SEC should start a major  investigation of all trades down by these traders. Everyone has things to hide. Lets find them and fine the hell out of them plus large amounts of hard jail time</body></html>
