I believe the oil company's that are exporting the oil to drive up the already outrageously high oil prices so they can enjoy record profits and the average American has to go without necessities for their families just to pay for gas to get to work, the oil company's should have to pay a monetary penalty and the FTC should be able to regulate the price of crude oil prices to stop all price gauging that is going on in America and in Europe at this time. The FTC should bring the price of crude oil back down to a reasonable price per barrel, that is under $60 a barrel, and set a reasonable gas price for all gas stations in every State in America to get this country out of this economic recession that is due in PART by the outrageous fuel prices.
