<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>I believe the oil companies should be severely punished for manipulating the sale and purchase of oil to boost the price of oil. I also believe that since they can raise the price of gasoline in just a few hours, all over the country, by the same ammount, an regardless of brand, they should be treated as a monopoly. </body></html>
