I believe that the settlement should include the provision for partial or full refunds for any consumer that purchased Legacy Learning System's "Learn and Master Guitar" course. I bought the full deluxe course solely based on the on-line reviews I researched, which had mostly unanimous praise for this product over other cheaper, and probably more appropriate for me, courses. I'm disappointed in the course and got pretty frustrated with it half the way through. I was thinking that this must be due to my lack of ability since it's "the best course available". I eventually switched to some traditional printed course books and started making progress again.
I can not say this is a bad course, but I'm not sure it is the "best" as I was fraudulently lead to believe. If I had known the glowing reviews and endorsements were basically "bought", I would have investigated other courses more thoroughly, and may have been further along in my guitar skills.
