Light bulb packaging should include easy to understand Operating Temperature Range. This is a big deal for outdoor-use for cold winters. A person in Alaska or North Dakota or mountains cares more about this issue than someone in San Diego. Will the light bulb work in a refrigerator? This isn't a concern for large physical bulbs, but it is a concern for small bulbs.
