<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>I believe this will be a great addition to standardizing lamp labeling. However, wouldn't it be more informational to have the annual estimated energy use on a sliding scale instead of or in addition to the color of the lamp? This would be much like the scale found on appliances.
