<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>Ordinary fluorescent bulbs won't work when cold. This matters when selecting lighting for unheated second homes, garages, outdoor use, etc. Will CFLs work when cold? If not, that fact should be broadcast to consumers. Thank you.
