Comments:For years we have been clear as to the definition of platinum and have accordingly both in the world of manufacturing and retail imparted that message to the consumer.There is no foreseeable value to change that which has taken years to develope...CONSUMER CONFIDENCE. There is product currently available using platinum with platinum group metals that offers product a lower price. There is no need to change the existing guidelines. It will only confuse and help no one except the few looking for commercial gains.
