Comments:
The FTC needs to take a firm stand against the tanning industry. A settlement is not enough. This industry continues to mislead the public with blatantly false information about the health benefits of tanning beds. Our minors are visiting tanning beds in record numbers, even with parental consent, because the industry continues to mislead parents into beleiving that tanning beds are healthy and safe. Please stop this practice NOW! Too many YOUNG lives are being lost. Why exactly are we allowing this industry to sell carcinogenic tanning exposure to our minors?
