I am a dermatologist in private practice in NH. I'm writing to show my support for the consent order and express my appreciation for the agency's efforts to protect the public from the deceptive practices of the ITA. I was involved with some successful legislation in NH a few years back to limit access of minors to tanning booths. Anything we can do to help disseminate accurate information will work towards true "informed consent." thank you!
