The Federal Government should not concern itself with individual corporate operations that do not necessarily affect the nation as a whole. Observing the financial difficulties that health care providing organzations, suppliers and insurers have created for Americans as a whole, the Federal Trade Commission and our Congress should, instead, regulate the entire industry as a whole.

One possible solution to the problem could be a requirement that all health-providing, supplying and insuring rganizations be non-profit organizations with concomitant caps on executive compensation. These non-profits would not have shares on the market but rather would have their infrastructures supported via bond issues, grants and other financial methods.

Sincerely,

Roger G. Pariseau, Jr.
