I strongly support regulations that require more truth in green marketing, and I hope that these regulations will be enforced. This is the best kind of regulation because it helps eradicate one source of market failure--namely, imperfect information. Any company that opposes the general principle of disclosure (or that opposes it based on lame, trumped up technical reasons) should be called out as being anti-free market.
