I support the proposed regulatory revisions to 16 CFR 610. These proposed provisions would clarify the intent and application of the regulation and reduce the potential for misleading advertizing and misdirection of consumers. Overall, the revisions would enhance the regulation and improve the FTC's service to the public. For these reasons, I heartily support the prop[osal.
