I support adoption of the FTC's proposed amendments to the Free Annual File Disclosure Rule. I also urge the FTC to consider adoption of the requirement that each of the three major credit reporting agencies utilize a standardized FTC-designed government form for the purpose of aiding citizens in obtaining a lawful free copy of their individual credit record.
