My wife and I went into the web site to search our free credit report. My wife enterred her information first, Margaret Riley with the assurance no charge and than I requested for myself. Not un til I received my credit statement did I find out there was a charge for second one. There was nothing in the process or information to make me aware of this! When I reread web site info also became aware unless I called and cancelled there would be a monthly reoccurring charge of $14.95 for each one of us. I wonder how many people without my education, to filter the small print would be caught in this scam. We are pleased to see you are investigating.
