I think it should apply to ALL advertisements on TV. It is misleading no matter what service/product it's about. Unless you own a huge television, and most of us don't, you can't possibly read the "fine print" at the bottom of the screen. Even with a large screen television, they never give you enough time to read it all, so you're still not getting all of the information necessary to make an informed decision.
