As a 20-something trying to build credit, I support your proposal to require a separate landing page on sites which advertise free reports which explains that the reports are NOT the free reports guaranteed by the federal government. There is too much misinformation about credit to navigate in the marketplace, and unclear and predatory advertising like this should be regulated. I also support your proposal to delay advertising for other credit products until after consumers obtain their free annual credit reports.
