Please keep companies from cheating innocent consumers....saying something is free, and then charging later...or that something will be at such and such percentage, and then later it becomes greater, or late fees where companies don't allow time for mail delivery, etc. Someone has to stand up for the consumers in this country...everyone is so greedy that they will do any damn thing to cheat you of your money.
