These guys are true predators. Before the economy crashed, Citigroup was relentlessly pursuing me as Credit Card customer. I don't have high enough income for one. And I, unlike too many, knew to keep saying no. They're making all sorts of "Too Good to be True" offers. They are too good to be true and have ruined many lives, directly and indirectly. And almost sent the whole world into another economic depression.
