I'm so glad this is getting addressed. Even as far back as 2000, this was a problem. I ended up with a monthly fee, didn't know where it came from, and didn't know how to get rid of it. Of course, after much time, effort, and money, I did get it canceled. There are many other similar tactics going on. Let's get this one taken care of; then, maybe, we can work on some of the other ones.
