I concurr with this proposal. The current guantlet of sales pitches one must navigate makes it far to challenging to get to the information we are entitled to. It shouldn't be this hard. It shouldn't be this confusing. Alternately, if this continues, perhaps you should consider forcing the credit reporting agencies to open up their sites like a Wikapedia model. Anyone can insert and add their comments at any time. This would allow consumers to directly insert rebuttals into their systems. That would prove to be just as entertaining as the bovine excrement one must wade through under the current rules.
