Please add more amendments to the proposed rule. The FTC "Annual Credit Report" site also allows these 3 major credit bureau to send credit reports out to consumers although a consumer may request a report from only one. Apparently the other 2 major credit bureaus want a consumer to have their reports so that a consumer can't receive a report for another year without paying for it. I requested a report from the FTC "Annual Credit Report" site and requested a report from only 1 credit bureau, which I downloaded and printed. Low and behold I received in the postal mail several days later reports from the other 2 credit bureaus. Apparently the other 2 credit bureaus used the information from the FTC site to send me their reports. Now I will have to wait a year to get a free report from any of the 3 credit bureaus unless I pay for it. Please amend the proposals to see that this will not happen to another consumer.
