First year tried on-line and missed something,tried a 2nd time that year only to learn you only get one shot. Second year sent a letter to all 3 and recieved nothing. Another year I somehow got the wrong site and was charged, monthly and I never gave them my charge #....That was rectified. Since they make $ selling my info they should automatically send me my info and (score) annually without my asking. Sincerely Bruce
